“I work with intimacy. Not as performance, technique, or identity - but as a lived relationship with body, truth, and life itself. My work is rooted in the understanding that pleasure is intelligence, sexual energy is creative force, and when we lose contact with either, we lose contact with ourselves. It is also rooted in the knowing that shadow belongs here; that what we call darkness is often life-force that learned to hide.” - Ebba

HOW I CAME TO THIS WORK

I didn’t arrive here through just theory. This work emerged through lived experience - through my own body, relationships, thresholds, devotion, mistakes, and remembering.

My path has taken me through my own shadows, breakdowns, and initiations. I have met places in myself that felt unbearable, disorienting, and dark and learned how to stay present long enough for them to transform.

Along the way, I studied and practiced across many landscapes: yoga, tantra, nervous system awareness, kundalini, plant wisdom, ceremony, sound, intuitive energy healing, and more. I am a certified therapist, with specialization in stress, trauma, and nervous system regulation - grounding this work in modern science as much as ancient wisdom.

But more than any training, what shaped this work was learning to listen. To sensation, to silence, to what wanted to move when I stopped trying to control the process.

That’s where real change began.

WHAT I BELIEVE

I believe most people are not broken, just temporarily disconnected. Disconnected from the body. From pleasure. From eros. From the inner authority.

I believe intimacy is not something we do; it is something we allow. And I believe that when intimacy returns, life reorganizes itself.

Relationships shift.
Creativity flows.
Clarity emerges.

Not because we forced change, but because we became available.

I believe in alchemy. In the capacity to turn pain into presence, shadow into power, and life-force into creation.

WHO THIS WORK IS FOR

This work is for those who feel that something essential has been muted - and are no longer willing to live that way. For those who sense that beneath the roles, identities, and coping strategies, there is a truer life waiting to be lived. For those ready to meet themselves - raw, honest and without masks.

If you’re here looking for certainty, guarantees, or quick answers, this may not be the right place.

But if something in you feels quieter, more grounded, or strangely relieved as you read - that’s often how truth announces itself.

You’re welcome to begin with a conversation.
